Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy for Classes

  1. Enrollment Confirmation

Once a student enrolls in a class and payment is completed, the spot is reserved exclusively for that student.

  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Full Refund:
    A full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 5 business days before the class start date.
  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations made within 2 before the class start date may receive a partial refund of 75% at our discretion.
  • No Refund:
    No refunds will be issued once:
    • The class has started
    • The student has attended one or more sessions
    • Course materials or recordings have been accessed
  1. Missed Classes
  • Missed classes are non-refundable.
  • If available, students may be offered:
    • A recorded session
    • A makeup class
    • Credit toward a future class
  1. Class Cancellations by Us

If a class is canceled by the instructor or organization:

  • Students will receive a full refund or
  • The option to transfer to another class
  1. Transfers
  • Class transfers may be allowed before the class starts, subject to availability.
  • Transfers are not guaranteed and may be limited to one time per student.
  1. Special Circumstances

Refunds for emergencies or exceptional situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper notice.

  1. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include:

  • Student name
  • Class name
  • Reason for the request
  1. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of enrollment will apply.
