Return & Refund Policy for Classes
- Enrollment Confirmation
Once a student enrolls in a class and payment is completed, the spot is reserved exclusively for that student.
- Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund:
A full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 5 business days before the class start date. - Partial Refund:
Cancellations made within 2 before the class start date may receive a partial refund of 75% at our discretion. - No Refund:
No refunds will be issued once: - The class has started
- The student has attended one or more sessions
- Course materials or recordings have been accessed
- Missed Classes
- Missed classes are non-refundable.
- If available, students may be offered:
- A recorded session
- A makeup class
- Credit toward a future class
- Class Cancellations by Us
If a class is canceled by the instructor or organization:
- Students will receive a full refund or
- The option to transfer to another class
- Transfers
- Class transfers may be allowed before the class starts, subject to availability.
- Transfers are not guaranteed and may be limited to one time per student.
- Special Circumstances
Refunds for emergencies or exceptional situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper notice.
- How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include:
- Student name
- Class name
- Reason for the request
- Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of enrollment will apply.
